You decide you no longer need the service or website.
The product features do not cover all your personal needs.
Your hosting/server environment is not compatible with the system.
You already downloaded and accessed the product.

You submitted a support ticket and did not receive any response within 48 hours (2 business days).
The product description was significantly misleading.
